This website allows users to make local accommodation reservations and to pay online for the services provided. - Reservations
• All reservations are subject to availability.
• After payment confirmation, the user will receive a confirmation email.
• The owner reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations in case of technical error or incorrect information. - Prices and Payments
• All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
• Payments can be made via debit card, credit card, and PayPal.
• Full or partial payment (if applicable) is required to confirm the reservation. - Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Free cancellation up to 5 days before the check-in date during high season and up to 14 days before the check-in date during low season.
• After this period, the full amount will be charged.
• In case of no-show, no refund will be issued. - Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Guests must present a valid identification document. - User Obligations
The guest agrees to:
• Use the accommodation responsibly
• Not cause damage to the property
• Comply with the internal rules of the property - Liability
The owner is not responsible for:
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
